Day by day before our eyes
A nation assaulted terrorized
War crimes shown on live TV
For all to see.

Block by block before our eyes
A city destroyed pulverized
Children killed and millions flee
For all to see.

Frame by frame before our eyes
The camera lens tells no lies
Witness to atrocities
For all to see.

Thought and prayers
Won’t stop the tanks
To our sympathy
They say no thanks!

Beat by beat before our eyes
Their hearts grow stronger cauterized
Ukraine lives on despite the siege
For all to see.
